Responsibilities :
Locating and diagnosing failures, replacing defective components, and performing basic troubleshooting using standard equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions
Maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems and production machines and equipment using testing instruments, hand and power tools and precision-measuring instruments
Performing a wide variety of functions such as installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for generating, distributing, and utilizing electrical energy

Uses instruments to test circuits and replaces or installs recent power, light, electronic and control circuits
Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions, inspecting circuits and wiring for shielding and grounding, and testing electrical equipment for safety and efficiency
Assisting engineers / operators in diagnosing problems and suggesting corrective action
Preparing new machines and production equipment for operation




Following a strict preventive maintenance schedule to lessen exposure to downtime related to repairs and maintenance
Maintaining a clean, organized and secure shop and production floor

Qualification :
4+ years experience as Maintenance Engineer in Semiconductor/ Electronics/Mechanical industry
Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or in similar field
Certifications in specialty area is required as applicable under Maharashtra state
Experience in automation controls including PLCs, operator interfaces etc
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Able to work in quick-paced environment with a highly collaborative work system
Fluent in English
