Role & responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, allocation, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty, AMC, repairs, and service requests.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor asset movement, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.
Support data center asset management and IT infrastructure operations.
Coordinate installation, relocation, and decommissioning of IT hardware.
Ensure compliance with asset management policies and documentation standards.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely asset allocation and issue resolution.
