Job Summary:

Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks while ensuring kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients, basic cooking, and plating as directed
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Ensure workstation is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Proper storage and labeling of food items
Follow recipes, portion controls, and quality standards

Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen safety




Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Team-oriented and eager to learn
Hotel/culinary education preferred
