Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and performance strategy aligned with business goals
Own the digital marketing budget and allocate spend across channels for maximum ROI
Set KPIs, forecasts, and growth targets; report performance to leadership Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and other platforms
Manage full-funnel performance marketing awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention
Continuously test and optimize campaigns (A/B testing, creative, audience, bidding strategies) to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV

Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Data Studio)
Build attribution models and funnel analyses to identify growth opportunities
Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders SEO, Content & Organic Growth
Oversee SEO strategy, website optimization, and organic traffic growth




Collaborate with content and creative teams to align messaging with performance goals
Manage email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM-driven campaigns Team & Vendor Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing executives/specialists
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and ad-tech vendors
Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing-business alignment
Requirements
5 -9 years of experience in digital marketing, with a solid focus on performance marketing/growth
Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets and delivering measurable ROI
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms
Solid analytical skills; proficiency with GA4, Excel/Sheets, and BI/reporting tools
Experience with SEO, marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.), and CRM tools
Prior experience managing a team is preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
