Are you someone who enjoys managing operations, coordinating with vendors, handling assets efficiently, and working with data & reports? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented skilled to join our team as an IT Asset & Vendor Management Executive.

This role is ideal for candidates who have solid coordination skills, hands-on experience in Asset/Vendor Management, and excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel & SAP.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of company assets from procurement to disposal
Maintain accurate asset records, inventory details, and perform regular audits
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, delivery tracking, issue resolution, and escalations
Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence




Handle inventory management and stock tracking efficiently
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers using Advanced Excel
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth asset allocation and tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and SAP MM.
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Dashboards)

Vendor Management
Inventory Management
Procurement Coordination
SLA Tracking

Working knowledge of SAP preferred
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
