About the Role
Drive sales of Control Print printers and expand business across the assigned territory.
Manage medium and large customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and seminars to promote existing and new products.
Achieve sales targets; ensure territory coverage, customer satisfaction, and timely payment collections.
Support after-sales activities, installation coordination, and maintain regular reporting and compliance updates.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to strengthen sales performance.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, MBA in Marketing.
4 7 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Equipment industries.




Experience in direct and technical sales of industrial equipment/products.
Robust sales, customer management, negotiation, and business development skills.
Positive understanding of assigned territory and market dynamics.
Self-driven, target-oriented qualified with strong communication skills and business acumen.

Additional Requirement:
Own vehicle is mandatory.
Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and willingness to travel extensively.
