Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis for management.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and journal entries.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Support internal and statutory audits.




Lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring process compliance.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
510 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and accounting standards.
Hands-on experience with ERP software (Odoo/SAP/Tally Prime or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
Solid analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
