Job Description:
Thorough in quantity take off from drawing/costing.
Preparation Rate Analysis / Cost Estimate, Quantity Surveying (Civil and MEP).
Generation of Purchase requisition
Checking / Scrutiny of Vendors , Contractor Billing including checklist, pour card, other relevant compliances Bill Certification etc.
Quantity reconciliation of Contractor bills wrt BOQ.
Preparation of Reconciliation of Materials
Adequate knowledge of Specification, Work Methodology, Work Order, Purchase Order etc.
Preparation Budget monitoring reports.
Preparation of monthly working plan and updation.
DPR updation
Maintaining of Drawing register, coordination and correspondences

Special Skills/Attributes:
Positive Working knowledge in MS Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel,



Autocad, MSP.
Good knowledge of standard code of practice.
Should be strong in communication (both verbal and written).
Should be Robust in presentation skill.
Candidate should be aware of Job Requirement/Responsibility.
