Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver Accountancy lessons as per curriculum requirements.
Teach accounting principles, financial statements, bookkeeping, and related commerce concepts.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
Evaluate and monitor students academic performance regularly.
Conduct classroom activities to improve conceptual understanding.
Prepare students for examinations and provide academic support where required.
Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.
Ensure classroom discipline and maintain a positive learning workplace.
Coordinate with parents regarding student performance and progress when required.

Eligibility Criteria:




Masters degree in Commerce (M.Com) – Preferred
B.Ed – Mandatory / Preferred as per institution requirement
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Accountancy
Immediate joiners preferred

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Accountancy concepts and curriculum
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Positive presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools
Ability to engage and motivate students effectively

Preferred:
Experience teaching CIE syllabus
Experience handling Secondary/Senior Secondary classes
