Optimize campaigns for lead generation, app installs, and conversions
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements:
2 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Positive understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and tracking setup
Robust analytical and reporting skills
