Job Description – Online Patient Counsellor

Qi Spine Clinic is India's first chain of medical centers specializing in non-surgical treatment for back and neck pain, with 22 clinics across 5 cities and a 91% success rate.

Role Summary

The Online Patient Counsellor is responsible for counselling patients through calls, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms, converting enquiries into treatment enrollments, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online channels.
Understand patient concerns and coordinate consultations with doctors.
Explain treatment plans, pricing, and payment options.
Convert consultations into treatment enrollments and achieve revenue targets.
Follow up with prospective patients and encourage treatment completion.
Address patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate appointments with clinics and maintain patient records.




Prepare daily counselling and conversion reports.

Training
15 days of mandatory training (no leave permitted).
Performance evaluation at the end of training.

Work Schedule
6 days working (Sunday working).
One weekday off.
9-hour rotational shift between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate.
1–5 years of experience in patient counselling, tele calling, inside sales, or customer service.
Robust communication, counselling, and sales skills.
Target-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/software.
