About the Role We are looking for a energetic Electrical Panel Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting clients with technical solutions related to LT/HT electrical panels and control panel systems. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle€”from requirement understanding and proposal preparation to client engagement and relationship management, while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure segments




Promote and sell electrical panel solutions (LT/HT/control panels)
Understand client requirements and provide technical solution support
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with internal design and costing teams for solution alignment
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients
Support negotiations and ensure timely closure of orders
Provide post-sales coordination to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of electrical panel systems and applications
Experience in technical sales / solution sales (electrical panels preferred)
Good communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused mindset with solid relationship-building ability
Problem-solving and technical support capability
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
