Domain Expertise

We are hiring professionals with experience in:
IT Recruitment
Non-IT Recruitment

Experience in Leadership Hiring and Niche Hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to successful candidate joining.
Understand client requirements and identify the right talent within defined timelines.
Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Consistently achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Required Experience

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following recruitment domains:




IT Recruitment
Non-IT Recruitment
Leadership Hiring
Niche Hiring

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Robust expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented qualified.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Experience in Executive Search, Permanent Hiring, Leadership Hiring, or Volume Hiring will be an added advantage.
Proven track record of successful closures and effective client and candidate relationship management.
