ABOUT THE ROLE

DTC Projects is the construction and real estate arm of DTC Group, a diversified conglomerate based in Kolkata with active projects across Rajarhat, Joka, Hatisala, and other sites. We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to anchor our day-to-day accounting operations, own statutory compliance end-to-end, and support the Finance team with timely reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all accounting transactions Basic accounting, purchase bills, expenses entries, maintaining other transaction
TDS & GST Knowledge
BRS – Bank Reconciliation
Complete Report Generation – Monthly/Quarterly/Annually
Knowledge of Balance Sheet

Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Non-Negotiable
B.Com degree (minimum)
2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounts/finance roles
Advanced MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formula-building





Valuable to Have
Prior experience in real estate or construction industry accounting
Knowledge of online banking operations and digital payment workflows
Robust analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps independently
