Job Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting - Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly
Preparation and coordination with Auditors and all departments for Statutory Audit
- Consolidation of Financial Statements
Preparation of Annual Budget and variance analysis of company and each unit




Preparation of Management Reports on daily, monthly, and need basis
Costing and cost analysis of each work order and reporting
Preparation of Financial Models
Preparation of CMA data for bank limits
Preparation of ICFR and Risk Control Matrix and periodic testing; ensure internal controls across processes
Ensure accurate Fixed Asset Register and control on Capital Expenditure
Preparation for IPO and assisting CFO in all pre & post IPO related activities
Handle exceptional reports and tasks as required by CFO and Management
