Position: Legal Executive Experience: 13 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including Contracts, NDAs, LOIs, Employment Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, and Real Estate Documents.
Assist in providing strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on the application of Indian laws to business operations.
Advise the HR team on employment law-related matters, review employment policies, and assist in employee disputes.
Handle cross-border data privacy-related queries and inter-company data processing agreements.
Manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
Analyze, draft, and update company policies, procedures, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage dispute resolution matters, including legal notices, litigation, and arbitration.
Draft and review real estate documents, negotiate contract terms, and identify legal risks.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including FEMA, Secretarial, Corporate Governance,



and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) with a strong academic record.
1–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal team or law firm.
Strong knowledge of Indian laws, including the Contract Act, Data Protection Laws, Company Law, Employment Laws, Property Laws, FEMA, Intellectual Property Laws, Arbitration Act, and Stamp Act.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
