ITI in fitter or mechanical trade
Having 5 to 10 years experienced in industrial fans, pump, blower or heavy machine assembly
Ability to read and understand GA drawings, assembly drawings and fabrication drawings
Measuring instruments- Knowledge of using vernier caliper, outside micrometer, dial indicator, feeler gage and depth gage
Experienced in assembly shafts, impellers,
Knowledge of Bearing , housing & coupling seals fitment.
Knowledge of limit, fit & tolerance.
Assembly, levelling, adjustment knowledge of rotary equipment.
To understand mechanical performance parameter like bearing vibration and temperature during trial run of the machine.
