Position: Sales Head Personal and Home Care

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 12+ Years

Industry: Personal and Home Care

Educational Qualification: M.Sc Biotechnology, Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and create business opportunities in the Personal and Home Care industries on a Pan India basis.
Identify and engage with potential clients to generate sales for raw material and other specialty chemicals.
Identifying new Supplier partners to develop the business.
Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve business grawth and revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
Collaborate with internal teams for technical support, product development, and customer service.
Lead business development initiatives and identify emerging market trends and prospects.
Drive technical sales presentations and provide product knowledge to clients.




Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management.
Provide mentorship and leadership to the sales team for future grawth.

Key Skills Required:
Proven track record in technical sales within the Personal and Home Care industries.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of specialty chemicals and raw material.
Ability to develop business from scratch and work independently.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Experience in managing Pan India business operations.
Robust client relationship management and customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and create new business opportunities.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in sales of raw material and other specialty chemicals in Personal and Home Care industries. Educational qualification in
