We are seeking a precision-driven and detail-oriented candidate to operate, monitor, and maintain MPCVD equipment for diamond or advanced material growth

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics or chemistry, with basic understanding, hands-on experience or academic exposure to plasma systems, vacuum technology, and material deposition techniques

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor MPCVD systems for diamond or advanced material growth
Set up process parameters including gas flow, pressure, microwave power, and temperature
Perform routine system checks, calibration, and preventive maintenance
Follow SOPs for various plasma processes and ensure minimal downtime
Maintain process logs, run sheets, and experimental data records
Adhere strictly to safety protocols for high voltage, plasma, and gas handling systems
Perform substrate cleaning, preparation, and substrate arrangement prior to growth





Required Qualifications
MSc in Physics / Chemistry / Materials Science / Applied Physics
Freshers or 1 3 years experience with vacuum systems

Required Skills Knowledge

Technical Skills
Familiarity with vacuum systems, and PVD/CVD techniques is desirable
Basic data analysis (Excel, Origin, or similar tools)

Soft Skills
Robust analytical and problem solving abilities
Valuable documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented research manufacturing teams
Willingness to work in shifts
