Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of our luxury resort development.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Udaipur .

Responsibilities
Lead architectural planning, concept development, and detailed design.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure execution aligns with design intent.
Ensure compliance with building codes,



regulations, and quality standards.
Contribute cutting-edge design solutions that enhance the guest experience

Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in architecture.
Experience in hospitality, resort, or luxury residential projects preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D visualization tools .
Solid knowledge of architectural detailing, construction practices, and project coordination.
Excellent design, planning, and communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Preferred
Candidates currently based in Udaipur.
Experience working on luxury hospitality developments.
