Work closely with the creative team to develop creative concepts and ideas for various projects
Design and produce high-quality visual content across multiple channels including branding, social media, website design, etc
Manage and oversee the entire design process from conception to final delivery
Ensure all design work aligns with the clients brand identity and guidelines
Collaborate with account managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software/tools to enhance design capabilities
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
Utilize 3D programs such as Blender, Cinema 4D, etc to enhance design output

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field




5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an agency setting
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Robust understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Solid portfolio showcasing previous design work across various mediums
