Hiring: Accounts Executive | Ahmedabad | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (In office)
Employment Type: Contract (9 Months) Extendable

Eligibility:
B.Com / M.Com/Semi CA
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance
Automotive industry experience is an added advantage
Immediate to 30 Days preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Process and record outgoing payments with accurate accounting entries.
Review and verify invoices and supporting documents.
Handle Accounts Payable activities and vendor reconciliations.
Prepare payment proposals and ensure timely disbursements.
Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
