Business Development Manager - NI Sales

Your main responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and market share by identifying and pursuing profitable business opportunities within the recent installations sector, focusing on elevators, escalators, and moving walks for various building types.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and aligned with company standards.
Coordinate closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution, guaranteeing that installations meet high standards of product quality and service delivery in the field.
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and building managers to align project specifications with customer needs, maintaining robust relationships with these key stakeholders to secure business and ensure project success.
Provide accurate and timely documentation of sales processes, contracts, and project specifications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Interact regularly with customers, contractors,



and internal teams to foster positive relationships and ensure clear communication of project goals and requirements.
Exhibit strong teamwork by coordinating with colleagues and engineers to achieve optimal solutions and deliver exceptional service.

What you bring

Qualification: Degree/Diploma Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics)

Qualified Experience :

Min. 5 years of experience into project sales in the related industry
