Experience:
Minimum 7 years to 12 years of progressive experience in Finance, with significant exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and Manufacturing Industry
Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, business partnering, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting processes.
Drive monthly financial performance reviews and provide actionable insights to business leadership.
Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
Conduct profitability, pricing, product, and customer analyses to support business growth.
Prepare management presentations and executive reports for leadership reviews.
Identify risks and prospects and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
Support business cases, investment evaluations,



and strategic initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, financial integrity, and process improvements across FP&A; activities.
Lead and mentor the FP&A; team while promoting a high-performance culture.

Required Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business models and industry dynamics.
Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/BI tools.
