We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have relevant years of hands-on experience in accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and factory-related accounting activities. The candidate should be proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel, capable of managing day-to-day accounting functions independently, and willing to travel frequently as part of the role. This position requires regular visits to the company's manufacturing facility in Silvassa, including travel on a weekly basis or as per business requirements, to oversee plant accounting activities and coordinate with the factory operations team.

Role & responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and plant activities.
Maintain books of accounts and Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Has to travel frequently to the factory.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.




Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
Prepare and file GST returns.
Prepare TDS calculations and ensure timely filing.
Coordinate with consultants for tax compliance.
Maintain registers and records under PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory compliance.
File returns with labour department, factory inspector, and other authorities.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of Accounts, Direct and Indirect taxes.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and finalization of accounts.
Frequently Traveling
Solid hand on factory related compliances.
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Experience with accounting software - Tally Prime.
Ability to work independently.
