Job Role (What Youll Do)

In an International Voice Process, your work will mainly be:
Answering calls from customers in countries like USA or Australia
Helping them with:
Product questions
Service issues
Technical support
Sometimes chatting with customers (semi-voice = chat + some calls)

Example tasks:
Resetting a customer password
Helping track an order
Solving billing issues

Since customers are from other countries:
Night shifts are common
