Key Responsibilities
Assist patients throughout their treatment journey.
Coordinate appointments and patient communication.
Resolve patient queries and concerns.
Support reception activities during staff absence.
Coordinate with clinical and operational teams.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of patient care or hospital front office experience.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with excellent coordination abilities.
