Preferred candidate profile :
Supervise day-to-day packing operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety guidelines during all packing activities.
Monitor and execute Change Control activities related to equipment, processes, and packaging materials.
Investigate and support the closure of Deviations with appropriate root cause analysis.
Implement and track CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to prevent recurrence of issues.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including Batch Packing Records (BPR), logbooks, equipment usage records, and line clearance documents.
Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by tracking Availability, Performance, and Quality, and initiating actions to minimize downtime and losses.




Conduct line clearance before and after batch changeovers.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Production to ensure smooth operations.
Verify packaging materials and ensure correct product, batch, and coding before packing.
Train and guide operators on SOPs, GMP requirements, and protected work practices.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation in the packing area.
Participate in audits and support compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Review packing performance, identify improvement prospects, and drive productivity initiatives.
