About the Role

We are looking for an experienced L3 Windows Infrastructure Engineer to support and manage a large-scale enterprise Windows workplace. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, automation technologies, incident management, and infrastructure operations. This role requires participation in a 24x7 support model and ownership of critical enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and support large-scale Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Provide L3 support for critical incidents, major outages, and P1/P2 escalations.
Administer and troubleshoot:
Active Directory (AD)
DNS
Group Policy Objects (GPO)
Windows Server Infrastructure
Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using:
PowerShell
Ansible
Terraform
Plan and execute:
Security patching




Vulnerability remediation
Compliance activities
Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and availability.
Participate in war-room calls and engage with business and technical stakeholders during critical incidents.
Ensure adherence to ITIL/ITSM processes including:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Service Request Management
Drive infrastructure optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
