Role & responsibilities
Prepare daily production plans and monitor execution.
Check raw material availability and stock levels.
Maintain production, inventory, and delivery records.
Update and manage data in ERP/SAP systems.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor and manage production scrap records.
Coordinate dispatches and delivery schedules.
Track and close outsourcing activities with vendors.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables, Charts)
Valuable coordination and communication skills
Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and trackers
Ensure timely submission of reports to management
Maintain records, files, and documentation (soft & hard copies)
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile
Responsible for production planning, inventory monitoring, MIS reporting, ERP/SAP data management, scrap control, and outsourcing coordination to ensure smooth production operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP.
Valuable analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
