Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for AIS & GIS Substations (400kV and above).
Develop General Arrangement (GA), Plan & Section drawings for HV/EHV substations.
Prepare Erection Key Diagrams, Earthing Layouts, and Lightning Protection Layouts.
Prepare Foundation Plans, Cable Trench Layouts, Panel Arrangement Drawings, Conduit Layouts, and Lighting Layouts.
Coordinate with Civil and Mechanical teams for drawing integration.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure compliance with IEC/ANSI standards.
Create accurate drawings using AutoCAD and maintain project documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience as an Electrical Draughtsman in AIS/GIS Substation projects.
Hands-on experience with 400kV or above EHV/HV substations.
Robust knowledge of Electrical Drafting, SLD, GA Drawings, Earthing & Lightning Protection Layouts.
Proficient in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Working knowledge of Revit, BIM 360, and Dialux is preferred.
Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Valuable communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.Role & responsibilities
