Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at ALLPLAST, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge mechanical systems for our vertical plastic injection molding machines. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our machines meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety.

Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems, including machine frames, platens, and moving parts
Create detailed CAD models and drawings using software such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor
Collaborate with our manufacturing team to ensure design for manufacturability
Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation to optimize machine performance
Participate in design reviews and provide input on design improvements

Requirements




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
2+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the plastics industry
Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor
Robust understanding of mechanical systems, including kinematics and dynamics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
