Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) with robust expertise in Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption, integration, and optimization of AI-powered capabilities across business applications to enhance productivity, collaboration, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and integration of Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications.
Design and optimize AI-driven workflows to improve business productivity and efficiency.
Manage and support core M365 platforms including OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
Develop and deploy workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Ensure seamless document management, collaboration, and communication across the organization.




Provide technical guidance, best practices, and user training on Microsoft Copilot and M365 tools.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements.
