Qualification: Minimum Graduation

Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
Monitor online sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner.
Execute promotional campaigns and coordinate with digital marketing activities.
Analyze website and marketplace performance to improve sales and customer experience.
Maintain product catalog accuracy and ensure timely stock updates.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.





Required Skills
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.

Experience
Relevant experience in e-commerce operations will be preferred.
