Role & responsibilities
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle process from onboarding to separation.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS (iSpoc), including recent joiners, exits, promotions, and other employee-related data.
Assist in conducting background verification (BGV) and ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee information in the HRMS.
Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, HR policies, letters, and other routine HR operations, escalating complex issues where required.
Support by maintaining accurate employee records.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events as per the HR Annual Event Calendar.
Prepare and circulate employee communications, announcements, reminders, and HR flyers.
Prepare routine HR reports, MIS, and mailers as required.

Support HR projects and perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile




1 to 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, preferably in the IT industry.
Basic understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR operations, and separation processes.
Familiarity with HRMS applications and employee data management.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy while handling employee data.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
