Role & responsibilities -

Sales & Business Development
Develop recent business opportunities with hospitals, dental clinics, medical colleges, diagnostic centers, dealers, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.
Identify opportunities for annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and repeat business.

Market Intelligence
Visit hospitals, clinics, dealers, and institutions across Odisha.
Gather information on competitor products, pricing, tenders, and market trends.
Identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
Submit regular market intelligence reports to management.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in Odoo CRM.




Record customer visits, quotations, follow-ups, service reports, and feedback.
Ensure timely communication and qualified customer support.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering.
Minimum 3 years' experience in medical equipment, dental equipment, biomedical equipment, laboratory equipment, or industrial technical sales.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
