Key Responsibilities
Define and implement commissioning philosophy, procedures, and best practices across projects.
Establish standardized commissioning checklists, protocols, and documentation.
Provide leadership and governance to commission teams across multiple sites.
Ensure commissioning activities align with contractual requirements and IMS procedures.
Review project scope, technical specifications, and system guarantee.

Develop commissioning schedules integrated with project execution plans.
Ensure readiness of drawings, manuals, spares, and consumables.
Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, and Design teams for issue resolution.
Conduct load trials, reliability runs, and performance guarantee tests.




Enforce strict adherence to EHS procedures during commissioning and startup.
Ensure compliance with statutory inspections, approvals, and certifications.
Lead rootcause analysis for commissioning failures or performance gaps.
Ensure formal system handover and issuance of Provisional / Final Acceptance Certificates.
Provide commissioning feedback for continuous improvement in design and execution.
