Preferred candidate profile
Positive verbal / written communication skills (language specific proficiency in English)
Should be able to respond to requests via mail, fax and email
Valuable typing speed minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
Positive Analytical skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Experience in the Healthcare industry Policy administration
Flexibility to work on 24*7 shift
5 day working, rotational weekly offs

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must possess either a Voter ID or Passport, as it is mandatory for the BGV process.
Highest qualification should be HSC (12th Pass) with all relevant documents and mark sheets available.
Candidates who are currently pursuing regular undergraduate courses will not be considered.
Good communication skills are mandatory.

Work Details-
Process: Non-Voice Healthcare Process
Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift)
Work Schedule: 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
Transportation: One-way transport facility will be provided, subject to cab boundary eligibility
Flexibility: Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week, if required based on business needs.
