The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer concerns, monitor marketplace orders, and coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound customer calls and Chats professionally.
Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, chat, and marketplace support portals.
Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
Monitor marketplace platforms daily for customer complaints, order issues, refund requests, and return cases.
Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Marketplace teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Track and follow up on pending customer cases until closure.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.
Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements.
Deliver a positive and consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
