About The Job

As an Outreach Manager for the Undergraduate Program, you will be responsible for driving awareness and interest in the program through strategic outreach initiatives. This role involves building relationships with schools, career counsellors, and other stakeholders, as well as designing effective outreach campaigns to ensure that the right students are aware of and engaged with the UG Program. The ideal candidate will have experience in education outreach, relationship management, and business development, with a strategic mindset to maximize engagement and enrolment conversions.

Role & Responsibilities
Build and execute an annual outreach strategy targeting top IB, CBSE, ICSE, and international schools
Develop solid relationships with school principals, career counsellors, and education consultants
Organize and host awareness sessions, seminars, and workshops in schools
Design and manage student competitions,



panel discussions, and campus engagement events
Run outreach campaigns across digital, social, and email channels in coordination with the marketing team
Track engagement and conversion metrics, and report insights to leadership

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field
Experience in school outreach, university relations, business development, or education sector engagement
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging large audiences
Strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects in a quick-paced setting
Working knowledge of CRM tools and digital outreach platforms
