Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area
ServiceNow certifications
Responsible for installation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC Platform.
Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.
Solid Knowledge in ServiceNow Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, etc.
Knowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plus
Experience in other GRC tools like RSA Archer, MetricStream, Bwise is a plus
Very positive communication and customer management skills
Excellent command of English (verbal/written)
