Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Plan and monitor daily work schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and departmental officials.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of work.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site records, and project documentation.
Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, quantity measurements, and supporting documents for submission to the concerned department.
Coordinate with departmental engineers for measurements, bill certification, and payment processing.
Maintain Measurement Book (MB) records, material consumption, and work progress.
Assist in procurement planning and inventory management.
Resolve day-to-day execution issues and maintain smooth site operations.
Prepare skilled email correspondence and technical reports as required.
