We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler (MEP) to join our growing team and contribute to international design and construction projects.

Position Details
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in MEP modeling using Revit.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain MEP models using Autodesk Revit
Create accurate 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
Coordinate with architectural and structural teams for model integration
Perform clash detection and model coordination
Produce shop drawings, layouts, and documentation from BIM models




Ensure models follow international BIM standards and project guidelines
Update models based on design revisions and project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM / Revit modeling
At least 1 year of hands-on MEP modeling experience using Revit
Valuable understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings
Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
