Job Title: Golang Developer
Experience: 6+ Years (Preferred: 6–10 Years)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with robust expertise in building scalable microservices and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend applications using Go, with a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang (Go).
Build and optimize microservices-based applications.
Design and implement distributed systems for high availability and scalability.
Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.

Required Skills




6+ years of software development experience.
Robust hands-on experience with Golang (Go).
Experience in Microservices Architecture.
Strong knowledge of Distributed Systems.
Experience with RESTful API development.
Good understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and Go routines.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, or event-driven architecture.
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.

Preferred Candidate Profile
6–10 years of relevant experience in backend development.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum setting.
Immediate to 30 days notice period is preferred.
