Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for civil engineering roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain a solid network of civil engineering specialists and clients.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the civil engineering industry.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Provide advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and industry requirements.
Assist with onboarding and other HR-related tasks as required.
Minimum experience: Minimum1-2 Year of experience after Graduate in any stream.
