Job Summary

Looking for Staff Accountants with bookkeeping and accounting experience in a US CPA firm setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage AP, AR, and bookkeeping activities.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
Support W-2 and 1099 preparation.
Work on QuickBooks and Excel-based reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience with a US CPA firm required.

Robust QuickBooks Online and MS Excel knowledge.

Experience in reconciliations and reporting.
