P R E P ( PR E P A R A T I O N ) Attend all grooming checks and visual merchandising activities. Set up trial rooms and client spaces under Senior Stylists guidance. Learn about assigned clients by reading brief notes and observing seniors.

P R O C E S S ( OP E R A T I O N S ) Assist during CCS stages: client hosting, trial organization, product movement. Begin independently handling standard clients with easy styling needs. Maintain studio lifestyle, grooming presence,



and service etiquette throughout client visits.

P O S T ( RE S U L T S ) — Submit basic client service notes to Senior or Catalyst post-trial. — Participate in daily reflections: what went right, where improvements needed. — Show readiness for growth into Senior Stylist role by taking ownership on-floor.
