Role Summary

The Data Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, entering accounting data, preparing reports, and supporting the Accounts team with day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities-
Enter and maintain accounting data accurately in ERP/accounting software.
Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain financial records and update databases.
Prepare MIS reports and reconcile data.
Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account updates.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for data verification.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills-
Solid knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Experience with ERP/Tally or accounting software.
Positive typing speed and data accuracy.
Solid analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Role Summary

The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, reconciliations, and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities-
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP/Tally and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
