Key Responsibilities Handle procurement activities for AIS/GIS Substations, Switchyards, Transmission Lines, and Renewable Energy Projects.
Analyse RFQs, tender specifications, BOQs, and project requirements for procurement planning.
Float enquiries, collect quotations, and conduct techno-commercial evaluations of vendors.
Prepare comparative statements and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams for timely procurement.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term business collaboration.
Track procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
Support estimation and project execution teams with material costing and procurement strategies.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Maintain procurement MIS, documentation, purchase orders, and vendor records.




Required Skills & Knowledge Robust understanding of T&D; projects, substations, switchyards, transmission lines, and renewable energy projects.
Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and techno-commercial evaluations.
Understanding of electrical equipment such as transformers, CT/PT, circuit breakers, isolators, CRP/SAS panels, and related systems.
Positive knowledge of BOQ analysis, material planning, and cost optimisation.
Solid negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and procurement timelines efficiently.
