Tata 1mg is running a high-impact HPV vaccination program for girls (9+ years) across schools, colleges, and institutions in Delhi NCR. As an Apprentice Institutional Outreach, you'll be the on-ground driver of this initiative — identifying schools/colleges, building relationships with decision-makers, and mobilising students for vaccination camps held on campus.

This is a field-intensive, target-driven role offering hands-on exposure to public health outreach, B2B partnership building, and large-scale community health execution.

What You'll Do
Map and prioritise schools (Classes 6–12) and colleges across assigned Delhi NCR zones, with focus on large chains (DPS, Amity, GD Goenka, Ryan International, etc.)
Pitch the HPV camp program to principals, coordinators, and admin heads; build a steady pipeline from first contact to signed partnership
Facilitate awareness sessions (45–60 min) for students, parents, and teachers,



alongside visiting doctors
Drive student enrolment and consent collection ahead of each camp
Coordinate on-ground camp logistics — registration, parent/student flow, liaison with medical team
Maintain CRM records and submit weekly outreach/conversion reports

Who We're Looking For
Fresher or up to 1 year experience in field/sales roles
Solid communicator in Hindi & English, confident with senior stakeholders
